In accordance with California Rule of Court 10.620, the Superior Court of California, County of Humboldt is publishing its proposed budget for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Written comments must be received by Thursday, October 15, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Anyone wishing to make comment on the proposed budget plan should submit their comments in writing to:
