Requests may be submitted at any time and will be processed during normal business hours. It can take up to 24 hours to complete your request.
This form may only be used for initial Domestic Violence or Gun Violence requests. ALL OTHER SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DISCARDED AND YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED. Responses, requests to continue and other related documents must be filed at the court in person or by mail.
