Civil Law and Motion

Humboldt Superior Court hearing times cannot be reserved, and parties are to submit motions with requested dates and times as follows:

Civil law and motion matters shall be scheduled in Court 4 at 10:30 on a Monday or Friday, unless otherwise directed by the Court.

Motions for Summary Judgment shall be set at 9:15 in Court 4 on a Monday or Friday, unless otherwise directed by the Court.
